I had been feeling her around me all week. I had a big decision to make and wasn’t sure which way to go. And of course, she delivered.

Thus, the great paradox of this being human. How do we do it all while also leaving behind regrets and judgement about not doing enough?

If I had paused long enough to check I would have noticed this lump in my throat was mom sized.

Reflection on 4 years of the blog!

It started like that. Full of love and optimism, confidence, certainty. 

No matter who you are, your beliefs or behaviors, they are the common thread.

I am a firm believer in intention and when we lead with love, how can we ever be wrong? 

We know what tomorrow is. It is nice to know you are around.

Even when we don’t get their message right away, they always deliver.

What I can say for sure is that they are with you. Just a reminder that you are never alone. Open your heart and listen with all your senses

Doctors have been dismissing me for years. Most of my life really. When that happens often enough, you start to dismiss yourself.

The hummingbird sat in the tree, waiting for me to be done. I knew when I finished it would fly away...

I tried blocking him out. I was taught not to offer unsolicited readings. This spirit gentleman, however, was persistent.

And she said, "Hey Christy, would you like more validation that your mom is around?"
